
Front Office Coordinator - Russian Speaking

- Greet and assist clients, and visitors in person
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Support charter, sales, and yacht management teams
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Coordinate with marina staff and service providers as needed.
- Previous front office, receptionist, or administrative experience (yacht or hospitality industry preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with industry-specific CRM or booking systems is an advantage.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
