- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and hotel service spaces
- Replenish housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies and guest room essentials
- Deliver guest requests related to housekeeping services in a timely manner
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors
- Follow hotel sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures during all cleaning activities
- Support the housekeeping team to ensure consistent guest room quality and hotel presentation
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality cleaning, or related service roles preferred
- Ability to perform physically active tasks including lifting, carrying supplies, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining guest room cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to manage assigned housekeeping duties efficiently during operational shifts
