- Develop detailed mechanical designs including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and energy systems for building projects
- Produce layouts, schematics and coordinated models using AutoCAD, Revit, Revizto and BIM tools
- Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions aligned with UAE regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure system compatibility
- Prepare technical calculations, specifications and design reports to support project documentation
- Manage design schedules, resources and project deliverables within assigned timelines
- Conduct design reviews, audits and risk assessments to ensure system reliability and safety
- Develop BIM models up to LOD 150 to support conceptual planning and system integration
- Apply digital delivery workflows including BIM 360 and ACC platforms for multidisciplinary coordination
- Utilize computational engineering techniques for system sizing and performance optimization
- Support design automation, data analysis and system integration through programming tools
- UAE National with Family Book in compliance with Emiratisation requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline
- 5 to 8 years of experience in mechanical building services design within large-scale Middle East projects
- Strong background in HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and energy systems design
- Hands-on experience with Revit, BIM coordination tools and digital delivery platforms
- Understanding of UAE building codes, safety standards and sustainability requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple project priorities
