  • Develop detailed mechanical designs including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and energy systems for building projects
  • Produce layouts, schematics and coordinated models using AutoCAD, Revit, Revizto and BIM tools
  • Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions aligned with UAE regulations and environmental standards
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure system compatibility
  • Prepare technical calculations, specifications and design reports to support project documentation
  • Manage design schedules, resources and project deliverables within assigned timelines
  • Conduct design reviews, audits and risk assessments to ensure system reliability and safety
  • Develop BIM models up to LOD 150 to support conceptual planning and system integration
  • Apply digital delivery workflows including BIM 360 and ACC platforms for multidisciplinary coordination
  • Utilize computational engineering techniques for system sizing and performance optimization
  • Support design automation, data analysis and system integration through programming tools
Ideal Profile
  • UAE National with Family Book in compliance with Emiratisation requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in mechanical building services design within large-scale Middle East projects
  • Strong background in HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and energy systems design
  • Hands-on experience with Revit, BIM coordination tools and digital delivery platforms
  • Understanding of UAE building codes, safety standards and sustainability requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple project priorities
