? Receive and process all shipments and ensuring correct documentation.
? Address any discrepancies identified in the purchase order and incoming
documents related to the system receiving.
? Recording and tracking all receipts of goods and materials in the receiving
tracker, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
? Prepare and verify shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of
Lading, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Exchange, etc.).
? Track and monitor shipments and maintain accurate records.
? Packaging of finish product and on time packing.
? Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring timely collection.
? Ensure the proper documents for the shipment collection.
? Supporting loading and unloading activities in a safe and efficient manner.
? Conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
? Support for the local production/manufacture.
? Ensure the warehouse is organized systematically to maintain cleanliness at all
times.
? Arrange products in a structured manner to facilitate efficient access and
retrieval.
? Regularly inspect storage areas to prevent clutter and maintain proper order.
? Designate clear pathways to allow safe and quick movement of goods.
? Maintained cleanliness and organization of warehouse premises
Qualifications & Skills:
? Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
? Good communication skills in English both verbal and non-verbal.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
? Must be cooperative with colleagues and supervisors.
