Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst - Automotive Finance Strategy - Majid Al Futtaim - Dubai, UAE

• Lead divisional budgeting and forecasting activities including profit and loss projections, balance sheet analysis, and gross margin tracking.
• Prepare detailed forecast reports and financial presentations with insights that support management decision making.
• Support monthly financial closing activities, including variance analysis and preparation of performance management packs.
• Manage short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts while coordinating funding requirements with treasury teams.
• Monitor working capital performance and identify opportunities to improve cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Deliver financial and operational reporting covering inventory performance, receivables, work in progress, and service contract profitability.
• Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business planning and financial strategies.

• Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting such as CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent.

• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting.
• Advanced financial modelling and variance analysis capabilities.
• Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools such as SAP.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with finance and business teams.
