- Controlling and Monitoring of all Ships Agency Activities, Including compliance, within assigned territory.
- Ensure that Ships Agency performance, service and quality is according to Standards of Operations.
- Control all Liner and Non-Liner business and responsible for ensuring the highest service standards & continous improvement.
- Manage Operational performance & Quality, and KPI’s to ensure smooth and hassle free performance of the branch.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Managing the Customer Service Team with proper Guidance/ instructions to handling customer requirements.
