This role combines recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement, with a focus on driving sales team growth and efficiency. You will also oversee commission structures, onboarding, payroll, and manage events, along with leading our Entrepreneur Academy initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Management

Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level sales roles.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-performing sales professionals.
Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver results.

HR Operations & Administration

Oversee onboarding, exits, and employee lifecycle management.
Design and manage sales commission structures.
Handle payroll, visa processing, and compliance.
Track sales team KPIs and maintain performance records.

Performance & Engagement

Drive performance review processes and incentive programs.
Provide insights and coaching to sales leadership on team performance.
Support retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.

Events & Academy Management

Plan and execute company events, team-building, and training sessions.
Lead the Entrepreneur Academy, ensuring high-quality programs and participation.
