In this role, you will ensure guest experience meets the highest standards of discretion and refined hospitality. This position is best suited to a proactive, attentive individual committed to confidentiality and excellence.Key Responsibilities-

Deliver personalised butler services and seamless daily experiences.
Organise formal and informal dining operations, including table setting, service, and special event planning with attention to detail and etiquette.
Oversee wardrobe management, including packing/unpacking, and personal shopping as required.
Liaise with Property Manager and external service providers to arrange bespoke experiences and accommodate preferences.
Monitor the upkeep and presentation of private and guest areas, working closely with Property Manager

Essential Qualities and Skills-

Extensive experience within luxury five-star hotel, or high-end hospitality environment.
Outstanding discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness, with a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
High level of personal presentation, refined etiquette, and attention to the finer details of service.
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities to manage complex tasks and priorities efficiently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in advance.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
