- Lead drainage design for civil and transport infrastructure including stormwater systems and surface water management
- Perform advanced hydrological and hydraulic analysis using specialized modeling tools
- Provide technical expertise in drainage networks, cross drainage structures, and stormwater quality systems
- Develop system designs tailored to complex site conditions and project requirements
- Apply sustainable drainage principles and water-sensitive design approaches
- Lead design reviews, technical reporting, and engineering calculations
- Supervise and mentor engineering teams while ensuring QA QC compliance of deliverables
- Manage project delivery, client relationships, and approval processes
- Coordinate with BIM, CAD, and multidisciplinary teams for integrated project execution
- Drive innovation through value engineering and adoption of advanced digital tools
- Manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Hydraulic, Environmental, or Water Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in drainage and water engineering projects
- Strong expertise in stormwater design, flood analysis, and infrastructure planning
- Chartered Engineer status or progress towards certification preferred
- Experience working on GCC infrastructure projects is advantageous
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in SWMM, HEC RAS, HEC HMS, and Infoworks ICM
- Experience with GIS tools such as ArcMap
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microstation
- Knowledge of sustainable drainage systems and water management strategies
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Python, VBA, or Dynamo is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Lead major infrastructure and water management projects in Dubai
- Work in a senior leadership role within a global engineering organization
