Industry: EducationJob Responsibilities:
- IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management (Server, wired/wireless network).
- Disaster Recovery site, backup implementation with data center for critical server roles.
- Manage and administer the e-mail platform & Active Directory.
- Revamping server room to the industry standards in a most possible way.
- Firewall management and administration for the campus.
- Managing and administration of the servers in the data center.
- Managing and administration of the centralized, standalone & cloud printers.
- Managing and administration of the biometrics attendance system and ID cards for staff and students.
- Establishing and managing a Virtual Private Network.
- Manage and administer Video conferencing platforms like Zoom/Google Meet/ Teams and their hardware.
- IP PBX management and administration.
- Plan, implement, administer CRM (BITRIX) & LMS(Moodle) and other applications.
- Providing technical support and training for the IT personnel and staff.
- Managing IT Assets.
- Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to staff and end-users.
- Manage website hosting.
- Must have knowledge of UI/UX & DevOps.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT Support Executive in the education sector.
- Bachelor's degree with MCSE/CCNA and three years of relevant experience in the education sector in UAE.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to communicate and solve problems.
- Familiarity with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to the field of work.
- Analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage resources effectively.
- The ability to plan, organize, and develop.
- Excellent command of English Communication.
- Team player with a positive outlook and a clear focus on quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- MCSE, CCNA, Firewall & Security, CCTV and IP PBX.
