- Provide leadership and direction to the Middle East Sales Team.
- Full responsibility to meet the 5 years Business Plan for Middle East (2024-2027).
- Lead and drive all commercial activities for ADM Human Nutrition in Middle East to achieve financial and strategic goals in the region.
- Direct, develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies in line with the EMEA Market Segment and Sales strategies to maximize margins and deliver revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities and generate profitable sales in both, new and existing accounts to meet and exceed business, revenue, margin and pipeline goals.
- Monitor and review customer sales activity as well as strategic amendments and make strategy adjustments as needed.
- Support the development of innovative Sales, Marketing and Portfolio Strategies in line with the Market Segment and Platform strategies.
- Monitor, review and adjust sales activities based on KPIs and identify market potential in the region.
- Identify key decision makers and build a strong relationships with selected Key Accounts to understand and create business opportunities.
- Direct cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better position our broad and innovative product and service portfolio.
- Facilitate regular meetings with key decision makers at clients and relevant stakeholders at ADM.
- Evaluate performance and product pipeline and receive updates from clients on challenges and future business plans.
- Work with sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and develop creative solutions for eventual account issues.
- Collaborate with the Market Segment, Platform and Marketing Managers (f.e. citrus, colors, alcohol, H&W, proteins, etc.) to expand the business across all ingredient and focus platforms.
- Attend industry events (conferences, exhibitions and trade shows) to enhance sales and marketing efforts and to raise company awareness.
- Create, present and provide key performance reports, market analysis, services provided and future projects to senior management.
- Based on your personal expertise, motivate, manage and mentor your teams and keep an effective environment for productive relationships with peers, clients and management.
- Enhance the talent of the team to enable it to meet the growing expectations and to manage the broader ADM portfolio.
- Reporting to the Sales Director Beverage EMEA.
- Degree in food technology or business administration.
- Several years of experience in the B2B beverage, food, dairy and ingredients business.
- Knowledge and commercial contacts to the beverage and food market in Middle East region.
- Team player with strong communication skills and proven leadership capabilities.
- Enthusiasm, initiative and ability to work under pressure.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Strong customer, service orientation and proven negotiation and technology skills.
- Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
- Excellent English and presentation skills. Arabic skills are an advantage.
