- Collect, analyze, and validate operational data to create dashboards and performance reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Provide analytical insights on KPIs to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT and external stakeholders such as Port Authorities to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain operational process maps and documentation, ensuring version control and departmental adoption.
- Lead initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve workflows.
- Deliver training in lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, VSM, PDCA, and DMAIC to support continuous improvement culture.
- Facilitate and oversee cross-functional lean projects to address operational challenges.
- Lead initiation, planning, and monitoring of operations-related projects, preparing charters, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Create project tracking tools such as WBS, progress trackers, and budget monitoring sheets.
- Ensure timely project closure with lessons learned and user sign-offs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- Strong experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Proficiency in process mapping and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of lean practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Working understanding of project management frameworks and tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to improvement and efficiency.
- Lean Six Sigma Belt (required or in progress).
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
