- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all roles (sales consultants, admin, finance, leadership, etc.)
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, headhunting)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, especially for sales roles
- Conduct screening calls and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Position Hassi Properties as an employer of choice within the Dubai real estate market
- Create compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns
- Support social media hiring initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and stakeholders
- Develop and implement efficient recruitment processes and workflows
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
- Continuously improve hiring practices to ensure speed and quality
- Assist with offer management and negotiation
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Support HR documentation and compliance where required
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in real estate or sales-driven environments)
- Proven experience hiring high-volume sales roles is highly preferred
- Experience recruiting in the UAE/Dubai market is a strong advantage
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess talent quickly and effectively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
