Guildhall is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join our team for a major marine and infrastructure project based in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all MEP activities, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily MEP activities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations
Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary MEP teams
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and technical submittals
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
Prepare progress reports and support senior management with project updates

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
10+ years of MEP management experience on large-scale infrastructure or marine projects
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects
Strong knowledge of MEP design, installation, testing, and commissioning
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Based in UAE and/or able to join immediately is a strong advantage
