Provide expert advisory support on SAP Human Capital Management initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors-led transformations, supporting organisations as they modernise HR platforms in line with ECC end-of-life and evolving workforce requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and S/4HANA transformation projects
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, change management and rollout
- Design and define SAP HCM / SuccessFactors solutions, including Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management and Payroll
- Support hybrid landscapes integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors and S/4HANA
- Introduce SAP best practices to standardise HR processes, reduce customisation and improve operational efficiency
- Provide functional leadership across implementation, migration and carve-out projects
- Lead and facilitate HR process workshops with business stakeholders and HR leadership
- Support requirements management within large-scale enterprise HR transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM
- 2 - 5 years experience delivering SAP HCM or SuccessFactors projects
- Solid methodological background within SAP delivery frameworks
- Exposure to SAP HR integrations (Finance, Payroll, Time, Third-Party Systems)
- Knowledge of regional payroll concepts and statutory requirements is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
- Client-focused mindset with a strong orientation toward delivery and outcomes
