Sales /Revenue:
- To achieve set monthly Wealth & Banca sales targets in accordance with business goals/KPIs.
- Ensure timely completion of sale and other customer related documentation.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing quality services by responding to customer requests in a timely manner & reducing the turnaround time for processing the business requirements.
- Will ensure a minimum number of leads on Liabilities, Trade Working Capital and Program lending are referred.
- To liaise with various departments for applications processing and customer onboarding
- Monitor money laundering activities and coordinate remedial actions with management.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations and organization guidelines relating to customer acceptance, data protection, money laundering and KYC.
- Whenever needed, contact customer service groups and processing units to ensure satisfactory service standards are met.
- Responding to the relevant compliance and sanctions queries within the relevant time frame.
- Will ensure there are no lapses on deferrals requested.
- Will ensure to complete any training/certification required for the role.
- Will ensure up to date contact information is updated.
- Customer Insight and Market Research: Build a strong understanding of our portfolio, BB Customers' unmet needs, and use these insights to develop value proposition strategy, conduct market research.
- Presentation preparation and development: Develop written and verbal communications to inform and align with key decision makers and demonstrate real business impacts.
- Propose and recommend decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.
- Functions within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks
- Experience of working in Banca/Wealth products in UAE.
- Strong understanding of financial and Wealth Management banking services and products.
- Good understanding of market best practices and dynamics including demographic factors, competitor products and services.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of Wealth and Banca products and related regulations.
- Appropriate risk awareness.
- Understands legal structures consistent with different type of businesses.
- Demonstrable good selling skills with proven ability to achieve planned objectives by need based selling.
- Proven ability to communicate and influence at different levels and to a variety of audiences.
- Proven achievement of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Able to communicate well between the cross functional departments and demonstrates good coordination skills.
- Strong team player with an understanding of wider economic issues.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Establish rapport with potential customers and build trust with potential or current clients
- Strong understanding of financial and Wealth Management banking services and products.
