Join us.Job DescriptionA Senior ID Architect - Site is responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects on-site. This role involves ensuring that the design intent is realized during construction, coordinating with various stakeholders, and addressing any issues that arise during the building process.

Site Supervision: Oversee the construction site to ensure that the architectural design is implemented correctly and according to the plans.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues.
Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, making adjustments to plans as necessary.
Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.
Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the project.

Qualifications

A Bachelors in Architecture is required or a related subject.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in architectural and site planning, with a focus on large-scale projects
In-depth understanding of local building codes and regulations in the United Arab Emirates
Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Strong experience in Interior design on the construction supervision projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with construction methodologies and materials
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
