- Select, price, and present the local product range in alignment with IKEA's global concept
- Monitor daily sales performance and take proactive actions to achieve sales and gross margin targets
- Ensure top-selling and priority products are available, well-displayed, and supported by effective customer communication
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to maintain a high-performance culture
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members
- Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with Logistics, Range, and other departments to optimize stock flow and availability
- Support execution of commercial calendar activities and shop floor campaigns
- Maintain compliance with operational standards, safety, and store cleanliness
- 2-5 years' retail experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong commercial acumen with proven sales-driving ability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- People management skills with a motivational and inclusive leadership style
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- English fluency; Arabic language skills preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales systems
