- Mitigate risk through due diligence, audits, and compliance with UAE law and company policies.
- Provide expert advisory support, ensuring sound business decisions and win-win outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Handle high-level, complex cases requiring strategic solutions.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in leasing, licensing, or corporate compliance at a senior management level.
- Strong understanding of UAE federal law and corporate governance frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering financial and operational results.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
