- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for POD marketing and campaigns, and sustainability initiatives that align with organizational goals and target audience.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports to line manager on cross-functional collaboration efforts, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for synergy between departments and stakeholders.
- Implement proactive creative strategies to optimize communications for internal clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support POD marketing, and sustainability efforts, enhancing brand reputation.
- Tailor communication strategies for each stakeholder group, focusing on collaboration benefits.
- Work with stakeholders to boost marketing efforts, sharing content and promoting initiatives.
- Advocate for creativity and lead discussions with internal clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign activity to enhance and optimize marketing strategies.
- Create regular reports on key campaign performance for executive management and external presentations.
- Gather effectiveness data after campaigns to assess success.
- Manage and participate in key projects as directed by the line manager, representing the Brand & Communications team and offering expertise.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in marketing projects and develop strategies to minimize their impact.
- Maintain accurate project records, document lessons learned, and provide regular progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Coordinate with channel leads to create integrated responses for internal clients' needs.
- Proficient in developing marketing strategies for strategic projects aligned with overall business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic to effectively convey marketing messages, collaborate with internal teams, and engage with external stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Staying up to date on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing, with a willingness to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with project management tools for organizing and tracking marketing projects.
- Understanding of analytics and reporting tools for monitoring campaign performance and ROI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
