Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and answering questions promptly and accurately.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Input and update customer information in the database accurately.
Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
