Consultant Pediatric Anesthesiologist - Allocation Assist Middle East - Dubai, UAE

• Provide anesthesia care to neonates, infants, children, and adolescents undergoing elective and emergency surgical procedures
• Develop individualized anesthetic plans based on medical history, surgical complexity, and perioperative risk factors
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period including induction, maintenance, and post anesthesia recovery
• Respond to pediatric emergency situations including critical care response and code blue events when required
• Supervise and mentor junior anesthesiologists, residents, and fellows within the department
• Collaborate with pediatric surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Participate in departmental teaching programs, simulation training, and clinical quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols
• Engage in clinical research and continuing medical education related to pediatric anesthesia practice

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Anesthesiology
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology from a recognized institution
• Board certification such as American Board, UK CCT, Canadian FRCP, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum two to five years of post fellowship experience in pediatric anesthesia practice
• Eligibility for specialist licensing with healthcare regulatory authorities
