- Manage and expand a portfolio of SME liability relationships while maintaining strong client engagement.
- Identify and acquire new business customers for liability and transaction banking products.
- Achieve assigned sales and service targets while operating within the bank's approved risk parameters.
- Ensure proper onboarding, activation, and funding of new business accounts in accordance with bank policies.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify growth opportunities and deepen client relationships.
- Provide professional guidance and financial solutions aligned with client business needs.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and due diligence procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow operational guidelines for account opening and maintenance.
- Deliver excellent customer service through timely responses to inquiries and effective problem resolution.
- Coordinate with operations teams and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a professional image of the bank in all client interactions and business engagements.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience in a client-facing or relationship management role.
- Understanding of banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, and transaction banking services.
