- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance the hotel's presence in the business community.
- Identify and secure new corporate accounts while managing and growing existing relationships through proactive networking and strategic engagement.
- Conduct various sales calls on a daily basis with focus on new business
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize occupancy, conversion, and the overall corporate guest experience.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts while maintaining accurate account records, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Conduct sales calls in a manner that will result in productivity, bringing in variety of leads in rooms, F&B, banquets etc.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and clients' needs to recommend strategic actions and support revenue and strategy meetings with insights and analysis.
- Represent the hotel at corporate events and undertake additional business development tasks assigned by leadership.
- Holds a business related educational background with experience in corporate sales within an international luxury hotel environment.
- Is self driven, ambitious, and motivated, consistently demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethics.
- Communicates with confidence, excels in presentations, and engages effectively with senior corporate stakeholders.
- Thinks creatively and strategically, offering innovative and tailored solutions for client needs.
- Has strong interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues, partners, and clients.
- Communicates fluently in English.
