- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Power BI dashboards and interactive reporting systems
- Build automated data pipelines integrating multiple internal and external project data sources
- Create unified performance reporting frameworks serving as a single source of truth for project leadership
- Develop KPI tracking tools, S-curves, and performance monitoring systems for major infrastructure projects
- Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative data analysis to validate accuracy and consistency
- Identify reporting gaps, data discrepancies, and implement corrective improvements
- Prepare executive-level performance presentations covering cost, schedule, risk, and operational metrics
- Present analytical insights to senior management and key stakeholders
- Support digital transformation initiatives through advanced reporting automation and system optimization
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in data analytics and project reporting
- Strong exposure to large-scale infrastructure or mega project environments
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop including DAX and M language
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and data modeling
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including PowerPoint and Teams
- Experience working with multinational engineering or project management organizations
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
