- Ensure adherence to Jumeirah quality and safety standards in all guest interactions
- Upsell menu items and adapt service based on business needs
- Work in diverse environments, including restaurants, outdoor venues, and bar areas
- Handle guest requests efficiently and exceed expectations with professional service
- Support team members in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations
- At least two years of experience as a bartender in a five-star luxury hotel environment
- Strong command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of hotel operating systems and service procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage guest interactions with professionalism and discretion
- Flexible to work late nights, split shifts, and in challenging environments
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new workflows and standards
