Each role contributes to maintaining high-quality standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake fresh breads including Arabic, French, and specialty varieties using approved recipes
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat and seafood ensuring quality, hygiene, and accurate portioning
- Assist kitchen operations including preparation, cooking support, and maintaining cleanliness
- Stock fruits and vegetables while ensuring proper rotation and freshness using FIFO principles
- Ensure products are correctly labeled, priced, and displayed for customer convenience
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for replenishment
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards across all working areas
- Support customers with product information and maintain high service standards
- Remove expired or damaged products and record waste accurately
- Previous experience in bakery, butchery, seafood handling, kitchen support, or retail stocking preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced supermarket or food production environments
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
- Good communication skills and customer-focused approach
- Physically capable of handling manual tasks and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and grow within retail and food service roles
