Experience: Minimum 5 years in food safety (with at least 2 years in the UAE)
Qualification: Master's degree in food science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure implementation of food safety standards across operations
Conduct EFST training sessions in compliance with ADAFSA guidelines
Monitor hygiene practices and ensure adherence to HACCP protocols
Perform audits and inspections to maintain regulatory compliance
Provide guidance and support to staff on food safety procedures
Maintain proper documentation and reports related to food safety and trainingRequirements:
Master's degree in food science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in food safety within catering, hotels, or restaurant chains
At least 2 years of relevant experience within the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi
ADAFSA-approved EFST Trainer certification is mandatory
Level 4 Food Safety and HACCP Level 3 certifications required
NEBOSH IGC certification is an added advantage
