Main Contractor with a newly awarded 910 Million AED Project off Abu Dhabi Island.Our client are seeking a Project Commercial Manager with a knowledge of FIDIC contracts and a track record in Abu Dhabi.The Commercial Director is seeking a Project Commercial Lead for this D&B project. This isnu0027t a project for a new expat to the region partly due to the aggressive rate of build and the pace the commercial & contracts team will need to work at.Main Contracting business expect a Commercial lead to be across:
  • pre & post contract handling letting of sub-contracts
  • contract administration numbers,
  • cost versus actual
  • client facing and working alongside the Project Director handling P&L
  • Guide, manage and mentor team of QSu0027s all ages & nationalities
Criteria
  • Degree Educated - Quantity Surveying
  • 12 Years Post Graduate experience
  • Site based experience in Abu Dhabi for an established Main Contractor
  • Experience handling FIDIC & Building schemes
  • Evident from the communication with NSR Associates & the CV that you match the criteria
Salary:
  • Up to 65,000 AED All in Per Month for exceptional candidates matching all the criteria

  • Annual Bonus related to performance
