- Consistently meet and exceed targets on Revenue, Trading Volume and Active Clients in the targeted countries.
- Execute our client's growth strategy based on Introducing Brokers, Strategic Partners and BDMs in MENA to increase revenue and expand regional footprint.
- Lead expansion in new markets within MENA by building new strategic partnerships in the region and leveraging existing and past partner relationships.
- Use an existing network to grow indirect contribution through new partners, identify key players and create the environment for new partnerships.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve current processes across functional areas, optimizing procedures for efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to deliver a frictionless experience for partners and clients.
- 5+ years' experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager in the trading industry (specifically in FX or CFD).
- Transferable book of business desirable.
- Ability to execute and plan in tandem.
- Showcase initiative and an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Strong decision-making capabilities.
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
- Native Arabic speaker with strong command of English.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and drive the team to effectively deliver commercial goals.
