- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the chemicals industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote company products and services
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Strong technical knowledge of chemicals and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
