- Handling communications and correspondences with various companies and authorities with regards to any project requirements. Ensure insert all the info. & the unit docs. In ADM system and follow up until the completion of the registration certificate of client unit.
- Arabic and English letters with authorities & arrange meetings with authorities, obtain approvals and permits for any project request.
- Coordinate with the development team and the consultants to obtain schematic and geographic plans to receive approvals from DMT on any modifications on the master plans or the projects.
- Provide the required information to the development team in coordination with the consultants to carry out the steps and procedures used in the government departments to provide the updated plans.
- New projects for off plan sale registration are in the pipeline of the registration, working in parallel with the development team to be in advance stage of the registration.
- Complete the marketing registration process smoothly, provide assistance via customer registration in ADM system, pay the fees and send the marketing registration certificate and the receipts to other departments.
- Following with the consultant/ADM to expedite the consultant approvals to allow for early project registration Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, regulators, and agencies.
- Represent the company in meetings, hearings, and negotiations with governmental bodies. Ensure the organization’s compliance with all local, regional, and national laws and regulations.
- Monitor government policies, legislative changes, and political developments that could impact the business. Advise internal teams on government regulations, permits, and requirements relevant to the business.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of government-related documents, permits, and applications. Resolve any regulatory issues or obstacles with government agencies promptly. Prepare reports and updates on government relations activities for senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in government relations, public affairs, or regulatory affairs. In-depth knowledge of local government regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
