Job Type: Full TimeKey Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze well integrity parameters to detect deviations from the safe operating envelope.
  • Identify high-risk wells, recommend and plan corrective measures.
  • Maintain a risk register for problematic wells and upload it into VVIDA or relevant systems.
  • Investigate and report wells with sustained annulus pressure; present findings to the SAP Committee for remedial planning.
  • Design and implement integrity testing programs for barrier evaluation.
  • Plan and coordinate mothballing of inactive wells as required.
  • Prepare and submit regular well integrity reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC well integrity standards, ISO practices, and HSE regulations.
Generic Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train assigned staff to meet operational and safety objectives.
  • Support budgeting processes and monitor expenditure for well integrity activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement tools to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports, ensuring alignment with company KPIs.
  • Promote HSE culture and adhere to ADNOC sustainability and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in well integrity or production engineering roles within oil & gas.
  • Strong knowledge of well integrity management systems, SAP process, and ISO standards.
  • Experience with sustained annulus pressure management and well risk evaluation.
Skills & Competencies
  • Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong understanding of drilling, completions, and well operations.
  • Proficiency in well integrity tools and related digital platforms.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Certifications
  • IWCF Well Control (Surface or Subsea).
  • Additional well integrity or barrier verification certifications are an advantage.
