Client Services Associate Manager - Majid Al Futtaim Retail - Dubai, UAE

• Drive sales growth by promoting retail media solutions across digital, in-store, and omni-channel platforms
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand advertiser and agency partnerships
• Develop and sell customized media proposals delivering measurable ROI and effective retail media outcomes
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including planning, activation, performance tracking, and client communication
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and activity reporting
• Act as the primary point of contact for brands and agencies, fostering long-term partnerships and recurring revenue
• Collaborate with internal teams including Ad Operations, Commercial, and Human Capital to ensure campaign success
• Support performance management, training needs, manpower planning, and compliance with corporate policies

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client management, media sales, digital advertising, or online advertising
• Proven success in digital media sales within retailer, publisher, or media agency environments
• Strong understanding of audience targeting solutions and internet advertising technologies
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and present insights clearly to clients
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding commercial targets and closing new business through consultative sales
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Full professional proficiency in English
