Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) preferred. Experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry. Knowledge of technology, operations, and regulations preferred. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, including OSHA, FAA, and environmental protection laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train personnel and communicate safety concepts to diverse audiences. Analytical skills and attention to detail for conducting risk assessments and incident investigations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
