Procurement Manager Facilities Management - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard and soft FM categories including MEP maintenance, HVAC, lifts, utilities, cleaning, waste management and landscaping
• Manage full procurement lifecycle from requisition, RFQ and tender documentation to evaluation, negotiation and contract award
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms and robust service level agreements
• Ensure procured services meet quality benchmarks and ISO compliance standards
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, conducting regular performance reviews and compliance assessments
• Collaborate with FM operations and project teams to forecast demand and align procurement with operational requirements
• Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and process improvements
• Ensure procurement practices comply with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements
• Resolve purchase order discrepancies, invoice issues and supplier non-conformance promptly
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases within enterprise systems
• Support onboarding and prequalification of new vendors while evaluating existing supplier performance
• Provide management with procurement KPIs, savings reports and category performance insights

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Experience in facilities management procurement within Dubai, UAE
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, tendering and supplier negotiation processes
• Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance requirements
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive cost optimization initiatives
