  • Maintain accurate customer records including service requests and complaint logs

  • Support team leaders and managers with assigned operational tasks
  • Maintain flexibility in work schedules to meet service level requirements
  • Ensure punctuality, discipline, and adherence to operational standards
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in call center or customer service roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
