- Lead client meetings, engaging corporate resources to meet sales targets.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Utilize Company’s business network to initiate sales discussions.
- Collaborate with the team for brand positioning and sales opportunity enhancement.
- Identify customer pain points, offering solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain executive relationships to support client success.
- Provide accurate sales activity reports and forecasts to management.
- Assist in discovery sessions to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
- Utilize business and technology insights to support client success.
- Foster collaboration between client relations and functional teams for exceptional service delivery.
- Partner with customer success for service satisfaction reviews and cross-sell opportunities.
- 7 – 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology solution sales within AI/Big Data.
- Have worked directly with Big Enterprise/MNCs/Government entities across different industries
- Experience in the UAE and wider GCC markets is highly valued.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to translate client business strategies into actionable sales plans.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.
- Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong connections in the UAE, with Saudi connections being a significant plus.
