- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support
- Understand client needs and develop account strategies to achieve business objectives
- Monitor account performance and prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth service delivery
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Resolve client issues proactively to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client business developments
- Ensure timely execution of client deliverables and adherence to deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory)
- Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CA) are an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and payroll
- At least 5 years of work experience in the UAE
- Experience managing client accounts across multiple industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Excellent problem-solving and consultative approach
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong project and engagement management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
