Each concept is a testament to our commitment to innovative experiences, community connection, and high standards of service.We are excited to announce the opening of our new outlet in Al Ain and are looking to build a strong Back of House team.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standardsSupport the Head Chef/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operationsEnsure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followedMaintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion controlAssist with stock control, storage, and minimizing wastageWork collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth serviceFollow all HACCP and food safety guidelinesRequirements:Previous experience in a similar BOH role (UAE experience preferred)Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a positive attitudeApply with your CV.
