- Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with KYC, AML, FATCA, and other regulatory standards
- Conduct due diligence for new and existing customers to mitigate onboarding risks
- Handle escalations, discrepancies, and audit requirements related to KYC processes
- Serve as the first point of contact at the relationship center for customer queries and account-related requests
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored solutions and proactive support
- Manage account documentation, complaints, and general service requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline preferred
- 5+ years of experience in KYC and/or customer relationship management within banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations, KYC processes, and compliance frameworks
- Certifications in AML/KYC desirable or willingness to obtain them
- Proficient in CRM systems and KYC tools
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
