- Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
- Coordinate any travel and accommodation requirements of the CEO.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Manage CEO's front office (managing visitor traffic and telephone calls).
- Provide assistance in sending out any correspondence/communications from CEO to others as may be requested by the CEO. (meeting invites, announcements etc.).
- Prepare any presentations; excel sheets as may be requested by the CEO.
- Coordinate with Facility Manager for purchase of any office furniture/equipment for CEO's office.
- Manage booking of the conference room.
- Handling of petty cash, day to day purchase of various items as per requirement
- Undertake any ad hoc or project work as may be assigned by the CEO.
