- Own brand campaign planning & execution: Lead the development and delivery of integrated brand campaigns, from big-idea development to in-market execution (including content and activations) that uphold a consistent, bold brand identity across all customer touchpoints
- Drive full-funnel marketing initiatives: Plan and execute high-performance campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (digital, social, ATL, etc.), driving awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Manage end-to-end campaign development: Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from concept and briefing to asset development, deployment, and wrap-up, ensuring 100% on-time delivery, effective coordination, and post-launch performance analysis
- Manage agency & creative ecosystem: Work in close partnership with external agencies, freelance creatives, and internal design teams to prepare and deliver high-quality brand materials and content aligned to the overarching marketing strategy
- Ensure brand & content quality control: Oversee the quality of work delivered by designers and copywriters, ensuring all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives
- Drive performance-driven brand campaigns: Continuously assess, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness; leverage insights to refine messaging, optimize performance, and implement improvements that drive stronger engagement and conversion
- Deliver a rolling calendar of marketing activities: Develop and manage a marketing activity calendar that supports ongoing GTM rollouts, offers, and experimentation in line with business and commercial priorities
- Support product & offer positioning: Translate product and commercial propositions into marketing narratives and visuals that resonate with target customers, ensuring sharp positioning and relevance
- Bridging strategy & execution: Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders between business goals and campaign execution, balancing long-term brand building with shorter-term commercial wins
- Manage country marketing execution teams: Build and lead a lean and nimble marketing team while working closely with regional teams across creative, media, and analytics to adapt assets and strategies for local market resonance
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign execution, or communications, ideally in fast-paced, consumer-facing (B2C) digital environments, e.g., telco, e-commerce, tech, fintech, lifestyle
- Proven track record of building and launching brands (zero-to-one experience) or leading high-impact campaigns in culturally diverse, digitally savvy markets
- Strong portfolio of integrated brand campaigns-across digital, social, ATL, and content-that have driven measurable growth or cultural relevance
- Hands-on experience managing agencies, designers, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on marketing goals
- Strong understanding of local consumer insights and how to translate them into resonant creative brand and communications strategies
- Excellent project management skills; demonstrated strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, timelines, and collaborators with clarity and speed
- Startup mindset: agile, hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Experience in the MENA region is strongly preferred
