Job Description:Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established global logistics and freight forwarding organization offering integrated air, ocean, and land transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing, and end-to-end supply chain solutions. We are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented Head of Sales - Air Freight Business Development with a strong hunter sales mentality to lead aggressive market expansion and revenue growth within the air freight division.Key Responsibilites:Business Development & Revenue Growth- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to achieve ambitious air freight revenue targets.- Identify, prospect, and close new clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and strategic outreach.- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert leads into long-term business relationships.- Focus heavily on new account acquisition (hunter profile) rather than account maintenance.Client & Commercial Management- Engage with key decision-makers across industries.- Lead commercial negotiations, RFQs, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.- Design tailored air freight solutions aligned with client supply chain requirements.Market Strategy & Collaboration- Monitor market trends, airline capacity, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities.- Collaborate closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.- Contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives within the air freight vertical.Reporting & Performance Management- Maintain structured pipeline tracking and accurate sales forecasting.- Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.- Drive KPIs aligned with revenue growth, gross margin, and customer acquisition targets.Requirements- 8-15+ years of proven experience in air freight forwarding sales or logistics business development.- Strong hunter mindset with a demonstrated track record of winning new business and closing high-value accounts.- Existing network of shippers, freight forwarders, and corporate clients within the UAE/GCC is a strong advantage.- Deep understanding of air cargo products, airline networks, pricing structures, and international trade regulations.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial acumen.- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
