- Deliver high-quality in-room dining service in line with luxury hospitality standards
- Support colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient food and beverage operations
- Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage menus and promotional offerings
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times
- Monitor consistency, presentation, and quality of food and beverage items served
- Identify and escalate service issues or guest concerns to management when required
- Ensure service areas and equipment meet hygiene and safety standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment and high service performance
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar food and beverage service role
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
