This role ensures accurate site data and measurements critical to construction execution, supporting engineers and project teams with verified survey inputs. It directly impacts project alignment, structural accuracy, and compliance with design specifications across infrastructure and building developments.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys to establish control points elevations and reference markers for construction works
  • Verify measurements and calculations ensuring alignment with project drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with contractors and engineers to prioritize survey activities and schedules
  • Perform traverse closures and validation checks to maintain accuracy of survey data
  • Record field data readings and maintain organized documentation for verification and audits
  • Monitor contractor setting out activities and ensure correct implementation on site
  • Identify discrepancies and report technical issues to project leadership
  • Maintain and calibrate survey equipment including total stations GPS and data collectors
  • Support preparation of survey maps reports and technical documentation
Ideal Profile
  • Degree in Civil Engineering Land Surveying or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years experience in construction or infrastructure surveying
  • Strong understanding of survey methods geodetic principles and field practices
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and contract specifications
  • Comfortable working on-site under physical and environmental conditions
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy
