We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with 6-7 years of experience to join our clients team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.Specialization: Sales of high-quality raw wood materials, veneers, and plywood products.Position: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Abu DhabiRole Overview: The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue generation, identify new business opportunities, and maintain client relationships within the bathroom, sanitary ware, fixtures, fittings, tiles, and kitchen industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Generation:· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.· Prospect and acquire new clients through networking and lead generation.· Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into opportunities.2. Customer Relationship Management:· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.· Understand client needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements.· Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.3. Market Analysis:· Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.· Gather client feedback to understand market demands and preferences.· Provide insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.4. Sales Support:· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes.· Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations as needed.· Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.5. Performance Reporting:· Track sales activities and results using CRM software.· Prepare regular sales reports for management review.· Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.Qualifications and Skills:· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.· 6-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the industry.· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.· Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.· Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
