Junior Wet Utilities Design Engineer - Parsons Corporation - Dubai, UAE

• Support the engineering design of water supply, wastewater, sewerage, and irrigation network systems.
• Perform engineering calculations, hydraulic analysis, and quantity takeoffs for wet utilities projects.
• Prepare and review detailed design drawings and coordinate with CAD and BIM teams.
• Develop hydraulic models for gravity sewer networks using industry-standard software tools.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical design reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA, Dubai Municipality, British and American design codes for wastewater systems.
• Coordinate with authorities and service providers to obtain NOCs and design approvals where required.
• Assist in preparing material requisitions and technical submissions for procurement.
• Collaborate within a Common Data Environment to maintain project data integrity.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Hydraulics, Water, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wet utilities design including potable water and sewerage networks.
• Experience working on infrastructure projects within GCC countries is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of sewerage, irrigation, and water distribution network design principles.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and CDE workflows.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Bentley WaterCAD, WaterGems, SewerCAD, SewerGems, or related software.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
