- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.
- Maintain strong pricing discipline to protect profitability.
- Ensure a minimum 3x sales pipeline coverage at all times.
- Drive new customer acquisition across Enterprise, Government, SMB, and Channel segments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure achievement of targets.
- Define KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to strengthen team capabilities.
- Manage and grow relationships with key and strategic customers.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value enterprise and government deals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Analyse sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and credit controls.
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, and CRM usage.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE sales experience in Office Automation, MFPs, IT Hardware, or Managed Print Services.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market is mandatory.
- Background in trading, distribution, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving license
