The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and business performance through effective SOPs, staffing, and resource management. Key priorities include safety leadership, risk management, and continuous improvement to enhance guest and team safety. The role oversees daily operations, ensures interdepartmental coordination, and maintains top-tier safety and compliance standards to support long-term business growth and deliver a world-class guest experience.ROLE PROFILE
  • Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs; ensure compliance with UAE laws, safety protocols, and handle inspections and audits.
  • Conduct safety audits, manage risks, respond to crises, and work to reduce major injuries through strict safety enforcement.
  • Oversee all operational areas, ensure smooth staffing, supervise Duty Managers, and maintain high operational standards.
  • Ensure a world-class, consistent guest experience; address escalated issues and implement feedback-driven improvements.
  • Analyze operations to identify revenue opportunities; drive KPIs like revenue per guest and average transaction value.
  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Events, and support functions to ensure readiness for promotions, activations, and seasonal events.
  • Lead team communications, performance reviews, and morale-building efforts while fostering professional growth.
  • Generate operational reports, analyze trends, and contribute strategic insights for long-term business growth and planning.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in operations management, with a proven ability to lead teams, enforce SOPs, manage audits, and drive performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to lead and inspire multicultural teams.
  • Energetic, trustworthy, process-oriented, people-focused, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to motivate and collaborate across teams.
  • Skilled in data analysis and using insights to drive improvements.
